Privacy Policy

Effective August 5, 2026. This launch policy describes the current free version of Plan Lighter. It will be reviewed before new integrations or AI features are introduced.

Information we collect

When you create an account, we process your email address and authentication information through Firebase Authentication. We store the tasks, descriptions, categories, priorities, tags, dates, and completion information you choose to add.

How we use information

We use this information only to authenticate you, synchronize your task data, provide app functionality, protect the service, troubleshoot problems, and respond to support requests.

Service providers

Google Firebase provides authentication, database, and hosting infrastructure. Their processing is governed by their applicable terms and privacy practices.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.

Retention and deletion

Your account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion in the app under Settings or through our account deletion page. Deletion removes the account and associated task data, subject to limited retention required for security or legal compliance.

Security

We use authenticated access controls and reasonable technical safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

Plan Lighter is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy when the product changes. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
